I'm not quite sure what this is or what they are doing...but he did tell me that it was ME!
He did recognize these letters and told me their names with NO prompting and told me that this was a family reunion...cute kid! this is kinda how I always envision family reunions also...
A little bit of lizard art from Will...he drew these for Levi..I had to draw over my lizard because it was done in light pink (but notice the black shirt...do my kids know me or what?)
Levi got inspired and decided to do some drawings (or as they say in England, drawrings)...
Yes, I understand that at the age of nearly 6, he should maybe be a bit more advanced in his drawings, but until this past year, he had absolutely no interest in drawing, letters, numbers, anything like that...so this is nothing short of miraculous for us!! I think his artwork is fabulous!!
Ok, well I have some more pix from our last day with my family yesterday...but I gotta go find my camera...so check back later for some funny pix...Hope you are having a lovely Monday morning! The breeze down here is magnificent this morning...and even a bit chilly...such good coffee on the porch weather. Fall, c'mon!!

I think Levi is doing fine with his artwork - and the letters are well shaped. Now, Will's- his lizards are really funny - it looks as if you have a budding artist on hand; especially for comic books! Still reading your blog even if I do not comment often- I like getting my daily dose of the Young family - better than TV - even better than John and Kate plus eight--- hahahaaaa! Oh, there is so much to say and so little time! I just love Levi's artwork, and correct me if I am wrong, but I think you are letting him watch South Park! Hahaha...seriously, I would tell you what the letters on the family reunion is, but I AM trying to keep this a G-rated site. Ha! I gotta agree with him on those issues. As for the lizards, they are AWESOME! I really like that Levi is the DJ and that Molly-Moo has the diaper. That kid has the eye for detail. Anyway, I would comment more but I must leave room for all of your other fans. Oh, and thank you for your offer of help. I love that about you! You are so thoughtful...because, you know, I do believe that if you were closer you would do it. Now, me letting you do it is a different story. Also, tell Velvet thank you for the compliment. Love Will's Lizards! They are awesome. He DOES pay so much attention to detail (black shirt, dave's machine...). Levi looks to be a budding artist, as well!
