Happy Belated Father's Day...

To all of you daddios out there...I'm sure that one of the only father's that reads my blog is my very own...Thanks Dad. Thanks for holding me accountable with my beloved blog.

This distinguished, salt and peppery haired guy is one of the finest dads around.

He is a hard worker, very dedicated to his company, his employees, his associates and his customers. A rare find these days...I really do love you, David.

this guy is my dad...you can see where I get some of my good looks. :) and my beard.

He is not only a fine father, but a stupendous grandpa. Molly's cherubic face pretty much sez it all.

And this is where I should put some pix of my father in law, Carl, but unfortunately, I don't have many pix of him floating around. So here's to you, Carl...Thanks for instilling some amazing character into your firstborn son. We are eternally grateful for your involvement in our husband's/dad's life.

Last but most certainly not least, I am so thankful for my Heavenly Father...His mercy endures forever and He is my strength. Now, if He'd just push the button to get #6 out, I'd be sure to shout from my very own rooftop just how much I love Him. Which I should do anyways...but it's kinda dangerous in my fragile condition. Thank You, Lord, for saving my wretched soul!

Happy Father's Day, Guys!!

So, yeah, Will has poison ivy. David is coming down off the sickness/work too much for one's own good high. Molly keeps tinkling in her pants. Levi ruined his fairly new sandals on the treadmill tonight. Melanie is loving her new bike. I'm still flipping pregnant. I'm at the stage now where you SWEAR you will never ever (let's hope D's surgery was successful) want to have another baby. Still numb in my ribs, baby's not moving about as much, which leads me to believe he is hunkering down and getting ready to "head" out. ha ha. Braxton Hicks are getting more intense and general discontent and irritability is at an ALL TIME HIGH. watch out!

The way I've felt today, lack of breath, general laziness mixed with spurts of energy, weird aches, cause me to wonder if THIS is the night. Pop goes the weasel. Please pray for me...the general funk that is settling over me and my house is disconcerting. just down right weird. David and the kids prayed for me tonight...whatta gang.

So I guess until Jack shows up, my posts will be pretty repetitive and for that I am sooo sorry. I can't wait to put some pics on here of our new fella. I'm soooo ready to meet him, see his sweet little face. Just CAN'T wait. <>

gotta go finish some worky stuff for my hubs and go lay back down on my bed. Fingers, toes crossed for a baby party TOMORROW. too much to ask? prolly. o well. Hope this finds you well...hugs!

Happy Father's Day and pix from the past few days...

This was David's Father's Day gift...he slept for 15 minutes. not without interruption though.

Beck gave the wormy girls a bath...

Nora bean...

BFF. LYLAS.

Nora and Molly were almost unstoppable. Confirmed: this age is for the birds. I am most grateful for M and N's health, cuteness, agility though. don't get me wrong. Molly just wears me right out right now.

little piggies at the pool...

she just LOOKS sassy in this picture. and she is.

The younger sister that Ethan doesn't pester too much.

Molly might be an ivory tickler like her big sister, grandma, and great grandma. that'd be nice!

Hey Mel....slow down on the growing up, K?

Where did these dashing young men come from? E., maybe you will get your growth spurt soon and be as tall as Will! no pressure though. Will, you are definitely your dad's son. Ethan, you are like a mood ring...sometimes you really resemble a Y and sometimes you look like my brother Andy.

Will's a good sport.

You are such a cutie, Levi! Your little round cheekers kill me!

Well, good evening to you!

I wish I'd been better about blogging over the past few days/weeks. I'm going to want to remember all of the good, weird, bad, not so fun, really fun things we've been involved in. Then again, I probably wouldn't want to put some of it on here. scare you right away.

So, all that to say, even though things are extremely busy, crazy, hectic, life is good, God continues to give us breath and blessings.

Some things I want to remember (not necessarily because they were fun but they are our history):

1.) The sheer craziness and small details that go along with not only starting your own company, but patent company as well...David has handled ALL of this like a champ.
2.) The way God has given certain people for certain times in your life...to encourage, to help out, cheer ya on, etc.
3.) The bickering and whining that my kids are subjecting me to. I know what to do to cure it...but sometimes it just seems so wrong to spank a kid that happens to stand one head taller than you. The dynamics between W, E, and M, and even some Levi makes me one crazy lady.
4.) Molly and the sheer determination that drives her. She is so cute. She is sooo smart. She drives me so crazy. She is definitely a whirling dervish. A little bit defiant but that's normal for this age.
5.) The neat ways that the Lord opens doors. I may edit this later....too fried right now to think of them, but in my subconscious, I KNOW that there is a list of these....

My parents, Tom, Beck, Scott and their girls came down for some KFC tonight...Dad got some money, and Blossom Dearie CD's....David got his scrapbook page in a frame, which I think is more for me but hey? He also got a cool Starbucks mug from Mel.

We are putting the kids to bed right now and we may actually (**gasp** wha???) sit and visit. If he's not on the phone these days, he's going over this list or that, typing up this email or that....so I need to enjoy this quiet time. so I'll be back later.

Hope your Father's Day was magnificent...I'm so blessed to have my Dad, David's Dad, David, and other amazing dads around us!

My "baby daddy"...

I love these peeps.
Look at those matching faces....

Molly's face is obviously a bit more girly to say the least...but she looks so much like a girl David. Awww, David, you would've been a pretty girl.
Not much new and exciting here...My dad turned 60 yesterday and David's dad turns 61 today...Happy Birthday Dad G. and Dad Y. Tomorrow night is the much anticipated Harvest Party...well, much anticipated in my kids minds anyway...I've waited until the last minute to get things done, as usual. Also, under all the stress of daily living, I have managed to sprout a nice sized pimple right next to my nose...one of those ones that you can feel under your skin, just how large it truly is and every time I itch my eye, I bump it...man, it smarts!! dang the sensitive skin! (aren't you glad to know this??)
My hope is to take pix of all of our guests tomorrow night and post them on here...it should be rather fun and exciting. Nerve-wracking and non-stop. I won't get a chance to sit and talk with anyone in particular...being the hostess and all..so I apologize ahead of time.
Well, I'm off to prepare for this crazy day...hope this finds all of you loyal blog friends doing well! see ya real soon!
