Holiday Razzle Dazzle

I'm a Target gal. that's ok...I always find some great bargains at Walmart...and a lot of their stuff is the same as Target's.

It's just not as neat there, and the people that seem to show up there are er, um, challenging. Forget about the woman I heard threatening her THREE YEAR OLD daughter a few years ago, that she was going to kill her. nice. ya just don't hear that kinda thing at Target.

you will usually hear more of the spoiled brats crying because their parents only got them one toy as opposed to the 11 they wanted...brats.

so I will remain a Target girl but will visit Wally World now and then...Beck and I went to WW to find a Leapster for 39 dollars...they were wiped out of 'em...so we had some fun trying weird things on and taking pictures of our ears and such...And isn't Holiday Barbie Spectacular? Beck has a tradition of getting one for Piper each year...though last year's was African-American...and that's cool...she was actually much prettier than Caucasian Barbie...

Thanks for putting up with this pointless, froo froo post...I had to get these pix outta my system....sorry for neglecting you, dear blog...I've found some long lost friends on Facebook (though I joined up there a while back) and have even gotten David started on it...if you haven't joined up yet, why don't you? and add me as your friend...

Yes, you thought you were going on a hot date with your hubby, no kids, and you ended up with Nora on your arm all evening...she was quite mopey with out you! lookit that little round head! It was Tom's idea to put this less than flattering picture of you up, or so you thought, but I don't think it's really a bad picture.

I dunno. We had a surprise birthday party for loving sissy last night...I almost spilled the beans on a couple of different occasions, seeing that I usually tell B. everything. So I was quite relieved when I saw her walking into the party room...whew! It was over...I could blab. It was a nice party...the room was too hot and about an hour before it ended, my mom remembered that we had access to the a/c...sweet relief.

A lot of B's friends came, but with it being cold/flu season, a lot weren't able to make it and we missed you(hope you are feeling better HJ), if you are reading this. Thanks to all of you that were able to make it!

Ok, so by now, you know that my blog is more for fun than for real depth. And that's cool with me! Life is so serious and stressful and this is my outlet for relaxing, having a good time and making my little sister laugh when she gets to work each day. I know, also, that I have relatives and friends all over the grand US of A that check this out...so I will save all the depth and insight for my blogging friends! You go, kids! :)
With all of that aside, I was digging thru pix tonight, trying to find something different to blog for B.'s Monday morning arrival to her job...and I had forgotten my dark hair phase (2004)..these pix were taken within weeks or days of each other...B. and I didn't look too much alike as kids but sometimes I can really see how people would get us confused for twins...and to see people double take when they see us makes us giggle. hee hee. whaddya think? (remember, she turns 30 in 23 days...)

Went to my dear sissy's to work out last night...Nora is getting sooooooo big!! She is such a doll baby girl!
Piper carried her momma's big ol' purse around...I think you can see it in the pic but she is such a little busybody! Love you girls! Beck, we will get into a good routine with our work-outs...we gotta start earlier in the evenings, fer sure! Ok, off to post to wish my momma a happy 61st birthday!
